We are pleased to share a new milestone in our research infrastructure.
Thanks to our fruitful collaboration with NETZSCH Analyzing & Testing (NETZSCH-Gerätebau GmbH), IME Process Metallurgy and Metal Recycling has received an innovative hydrogen-compatible H2Secure STA system, which is now fully installed and ready for its first measurements. This device is the first H₂-secure simultaneous TGA and DSC on the market and is compatible with a variety of gas atmospheres, including water-vapour. This new capability will support our research in hydrogen metallurgy and help us explore new pathways towards emission-free metal production.
